Floor Five started from two random humans (Jackson & Drew) living on their fifth floor of their hall of residence (Te Puni Village) in 2020. They jammed together and knew they had a spark to create. During the year 2020, they released two singles that they humbly recorded in a bedroom and from this created a decent little following with the hall residents all listening to these tunes after it was created in the building. Now, Floor Five has expanded in to a four-piece indie pop/rock band with a drummer and bassist (Thomas & Will) jumping on board and adding their spark to the sound of Floor Five. With their debut EP 'The Garden' just being released and starting off the year by headlining at The Pickle Pot Be-In Festival, Floor Five is preparing for an exciting year in the Wellington music scene.
