Australian youth music organisation The Push is bringing the annual Music Careers Expo to Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and for the first time, Sydney this July and August!

The expo is a free, one-day event designed to give young people valuable insights and practical information for a career in music. Featuring one-on-one conversations with artists, industry practitioners and education providers, this year's Music Careers Expo will give you the opportunity to hear directly from artists and the people who support their careers!

Hope D (Brisbane), Dem Mob (Adelaide), Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers (Melbourne), and Devaura (Sydney) will be joined by members of their teams to share insights into the many roles that exist in the music industry, from management and production to marketing and touring.

The Music Careers Expo is delivered by young people, for young people, with local youth teams playing a key role in event operations on the day. This experience gives participants valuable, first-hand experience in delivering an event and the chance to build practical skills in a real-world setting.
