Eugene Lavery (Texas)

Don’t miss this chance to hear a truly international selection of music on the wonderful Klais organ. Composers represented come from such diverse backgrounds as England, Germany, Spain, France, Belgium and Russia. 

American trained organists often bring a special flair to the organ world and Eugene Lavery is one such organist. Currently Organist and Director of Music at St Alban’s Episcopal Church in Waco, Texas, Eugene is a graduate of New York’s famous Julliard School. His studies there with Paul Jacobs followed undergraduate studies at the University of Auckland where he graduated with Honours. Since those early days he has given many concerts and this homecoming is sure to be a special occasion.
