Everybody Eats at Fringe Town
Auckland Live is disappointed to inform you that due to Monday’s change in Covid-19 Alert Levels in Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau, the full Fringe Town programme has been cancelled.
Auckland Live Fringe Town was scheduled to run from 15 – 21 Febraury at the Auckland Town Hall as part of the Auckland Fringe Festival 2021. That festival is still going ahead and is scheduled to run until Saturday 6 March.
Since we cannot anticipate changes to alert levels beyond Wednesday as a precaution the Fringe Town events scheduled from Thursday to Sunday, all of which were expected to attract large crowds of artists and audiences, have been cancelled.
We thank your understanding at this time, and suggest that if alert levels permit, you book tickets and support the hundreds of artists who will hopefully be able to proceed with their shows in the weeks to come.
Ka kite,
