Welcome back BRIGHT EYES! The beloved indie-rockers make their much-anticipated return to New Zealand this Spring. The national tour will be a celebration of the depth, breadth, and impact of the Bright Eyes canon.

The band will visit Auckland’s Powerstation on Tuesday November 7, Christchurch’s Ngaio Marsh on Wednesday 8^th before finishing up at Wellington’s San Fran on Thursday November 9.
 
 The band last toured New Zealand 18 years ago in support of REM. So it’s great news that the three friends are back together, bringing their vast career-spanning repertoire down under. They will also play new music from their most recent album Down In The Weeds, Where The World Once Was (2020). Fans will be delighted to experience the band’s traversed genre and sound that ranges from fuzzy folk to electrified rock, even country twang. Across ten albums,BRIGHTEYEShave collaborated with many artists and performed all over the world, sharing their sharp songwriting and musicianship along the way. 

Tickets for all shows are on sale 12pm, Tuesday September 12th.
