Sporting a unique blend of alt-rock and metal, Newcastle local Maple's Pet Dinosaur recently became the youngest-ever performer at Good Things Festival! At just 15-years-old, she achieved viral success from her music video 'lego', which was recorded through a neighbour's ring camera. With the clip becoming the most viewed Instagram reel ever by an Australian artist, Maple is already making waves internationally. We sat down with her ahead of her upcoming Groovin The Moo set, and she took us through the top road trip tracks the band will be listening to on the way up to Lismore. Check out her answers below!

When the van pulls up after school on May 8th, I'll be jumping on the bus to hit the open road to Lismore for Groovin The Moo. The only thing more rad than a roadtrip with friends is arriving at a sick music festival at the other end. To soundtrack your journey, I've pulled together a Top 5 for the ultimate GTM roadtrip.
Road Trippin' - RHCP
Well it's all in the name isn't it? The Chilis have a crazy ability to write nostalgic slowburner jams that are made for long drives. I love the lyric about road tripping with your favourite allies, that's how it feels when we load up the van with our gear and build memories together that will stay with us forever. It's my favourite thing in the world to do and this song sets the scene perfectly.
Rose Pink Cadillac - Dope Lemon
Dope Lemon are one of my fav Aussie bands and Rose Pink Cadillac is such a mad driving song. Super chill and smooth, a great song to get ready for a Dope AF set at GTM.
Greet The Sacred Cow - Primus
Antipop in my opinion is a super underrated Primus record. It's probably the most modern production the band has ever had and this song in particular has a speaker popping bass sound that will move more air in your car than the windows being down at 100km. GTM is sacred to me and many others so lyrically this song is on point too.
Cowboys from Hell - Pantera
Pantera might be the ultimate roadtrip band, Dimebag's riffs are better than a Redbull when it comes to keeping you alert on the road and if Primus is bringing the scared cows, Pantera are bringing the cowboys mooooooo!
Hive Mind - Knocked Loose x Denzel Curry
We were bummed when Knocked Loose had to pull out of Good Things but we lost our (hive)minds when Denzel was announced as the GTM headliner- so this collab was a dream for me with 2 of my fav modern artists flexing on this epic track. Denzel's verse on this one gets me hyped AF and I'm def gonna listen to it as we pull into the GTM backstage area as we round out the roadtrip and get ready to hit the stage....also hoping the Moo crowd gets treated to 'Bulls on Parade' to keep that bovine theme going!
