The infamous Quay Note Boat Party returns for a fully catered Swan River cruise on the Paddle Steamer Decoy, with tunes provided by Afro Creole sensation Grace Barbé and her band, with up-and-coming Perth MC Sarmecb keeping things wavvy. 

 

Boarding // 5:30pm – 6:00pm 

Sailing // 6:00 - 7:30pm
