onesevenfour 003 update:

Due to the Coronavirus situation, the onesevenfour 003 tour has been cancelled.

All ticket buyers should expect to receive a refund within the next 5 business days.

This is a very challenging time for our entire industry and we encourage everyone to support one another as much as possible as we all work through this situation together.

As soon as it is safe and feasible to do so, new onesevenfour tours will be announced and the party will continue.

Moshtix Refund Information:

Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account and we’ll let you know when this has been done. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this. 

If you're unable to see the refund in your account after 5 business days, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix. 

If you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.
