Female Street Dance Festival

Ladies of HipHop is a street dance festival which centres on and celebrates women in the dance community. We are thrilled to welcome the director of the original LOHH movement, founded in NYC, to our Aotearoa soil, along with world champion street dancer and mentor Nubian Néné.

Experience the essence of Ladies of HipHop in our workshops led by some of the boldest ladies in HipHop, LadyByrd and Néné.

Dive into House dance with the LOHH director Michele and explore Waacking with Néné aka Essence. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to the scene, these sessions will empower and elevate your skills. Don't miss this chance to celebrate and learn from the leading Ladies of Hip-Hop.
