Wellington’s legendary sludge-metal powerhouse Beastwars return with thunderous force, announcing the release of their highly anticipated new album, “The Ship // Sea”, out Friday, November 11, 2025. To mark the occasion, Beastwars will unleash the new record live with an Australia/New Zealand tour including a huge release show at Dropkicks on Friday November 28. This show promises to be a crushing, cathartic celebration of both old and new material. Drummer Nato Hickey says "When we wrote this album, musically we were really channelling the energy of our first 2 albums. Going back, inspired by what made those songs so immediate and intense.
